Ever since I was in elementary school and up to this day, Sunday afternoon caused a kind of melancholy fog over me as I thought about the week ahead. The month of August has the same affect on me. As far back as I can remember, The Back to School advertisements came out in early August. Football practice started in mid to late August, and college was in session by late August. Boom! just like that. I was in the grocery store today and saw Halloween candy! Soon someone will say, "the leaves are turning early this year." Autumn is summer's Sunday afternoon, better make sure your homework is done, and your socks are clean.
